Our Team
Jules Boyd
MS, OTR/LJules Boyd is a licensed and supervising Occupational Therapist whose 12-year career has been driven by a single goal: helping people live safer, stronger, and more independent lives. After earning a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, Jules gained broad clinical experience across pediatrics, hand therapy, and home health care before finding a true calling in geriatric care.
Jules specializes in supporting older adults through some of life's most challenging transitions -- bringing expertise in sensory integration, hand therapy, edema massage, stroke recovery, arthritis management, strength and mobility training, and home safety to every session. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, prioritizing not just physical recovery but the ability to confidently return to the everyday activities that bring meaning and joy.
Clients and families consistently describe Jules as warm, attentive, and deeply skilled -- a clinician who listens as carefully as they treat. When not working, Jules can be found traveling, scuba diving, baking, or spending time with family and friends, passions that speak to a genuine appreciation for living fully at every stage of life.
COTA/LHeather Moore
Heather Moore is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant who has spent over 12 years -- the last 10 focused in home health care -- helping adults and older adults rebuild independence from the inside out. Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: that people deserve to feel safe, capable, and confident in their own homes.
Heather brings deep expertise in geriatric rehabilitation, stroke recovery, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and progressive diagnoses including Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. She addresses each client's functional needs holistically -- from fine motor coordination and standing balance to core stability, strength, and mobility, with advanced manual therapy techniques woven in to restore joint mobility, ease stiffness, and encourage pain-free movement.
A yoga teacher with extensive yoga training, Heather brings a mindful, whole-person lens to rehabilitation -- weaving breath, body awareness, and intentional movement into her sessions alongside traditional OT approaches. She has a particular passion for supporting individuals living with dementia and cognitive impairments, focusing on safety, caregiver education, and practical strategies that preserve dignity and quality of life.

-
Moving freely and safely through your home and community is essential to quality of life. Our therapists assess and address mobility limitations to help clients get where they need to go with greater ease and confidence.

Poor balance can make even simple activities feel uncertain and risky. Through targeted exercises and personalized strategies, we help clients improve stability, reduce the risk of falls, and move through daily life with greater assurance.
-
Functional strength is the foundation of independence. We design individualized strengthening programs that focus on the muscle groups you rely on most, helping you move, lift, and engage in daily activities with greater ease.
-
Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but many are preventable. We conduct thorough assessments of your movement, environment, and habits to identify risk factors and put practical strategies in place to keep you safe.
-
Recovering from a stroke takes time, patience, and the right support. We help clients rebuild strength, coordination, and functional skills at their own pace, focusing on the abilities that matter most to their everyday lives.
-
Whether recovering from a joint replacement, fracture repair, or other procedure, we guide clients through safe, structured rehabilitation to restore function, manage the recovery process, and return to daily activities as smoothly as possible.

Your home should be a place where you feel safe and supported. We conduct comprehensive in-home assessments to identify hazards and recommend modifications that reduce risk and make your environment work better for you.
-
Living with arthritis does not have to mean living with limitations. We help clients manage pain, protect their joints, and maintain function through adaptive strategies, therapeutic techniques, and practical tools for everyday living.
-
Chronic or acute pain can affect every aspect of daily life. Our therapists take a functional, whole-person approach to pain management -- addressing its impact on movement, activity, and independence to help clients live more comfortably.
-
Hands-on therapy can be a powerful complement to traditional OT. Through targeted massage, stretching, and joint mobilization techniques, we help reduce stiffness, improve range of motion, and support pain-free movement.
-
The right tools can make an enormous difference in daily independence. We evaluate each client's specific needs, recommend appropriate adaptive equipment, and provide hands-on training to ensure it is used safely and effectively.
